Kathy Hilton has not only been making headlines for her role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills – but also for her extremely youthful looks.

Although she’s always been in the spotlight, the star, now 66, has made an even bigger splash lately by joining her sister, Kyle Richards, as a ‘friend of’ on the Bravo reality show in 2021.

Not to mention, Hilton was also a big part of her daughter Paris Hilton’s Peacock show, Paris in Love.

This week, the star posted a picture to Instagram of herself and her husband, Rick Hilton, in honor of their 46th wedding anniversary.

The blonde socialite turned heads in a skimpy black lace minidress showing off her age-defying figure – and face.

In the snap, Hilton looked half her age as she posed next to Rick, who was dressed in an all-white suit and a navy blue zip-up.

Fans were captivated by her youthful visage, gushing over how good Hilton looked.

‘Va-va-voom! Okay Kathy, you look amazing! Happy anniversary!’ one person wrote.

Hilton has never publicly confirmed or denied any plastic surgery rumors, but now, a plastic surgeon has revealed exclusively to Daily Mail whether they believe that the star has been under the knife or not.

Oregon-based plastic surgeon Dr Sean McNally, who has never treated Hilton directly, suggested that the star has indeed undergone cosmetic surgery.

‘The two things that stand out the most for me are how open her eyes look which is likely due to an upper blepharoplasty and the angle of her brows and eyes have changed,’ the expert exclusively told the Daily Mail after looking at pictures of Hilton.

‘They’re both canted up laterally which is likely secondary to a temporal brow lift.’

He continued that he suspects she has also had cosmetic injections, claiming: ‘Her lips are definitely done and I suspect that she has also been getting filler to her midface to help maintain her natural fullness in this area.’

Discussing her seeming absence of age spots, Dr McNally shared: ‘This is likely due to a combination of a solid skin care routine and regular maintenance with IPL and/or lasers.’

The Daily Mail has reached out for comment.

Hilton has previously opened up about her skincare routine, which involves at-home laser treatments, dry brushing, and collagen drinks.

The reality star told US Weekly she uses an at-home laser treatment called The Lyma Laser.

‘It’s amazing, I really love it,’ she told the publication, adding she loves trying out new advances in skincare technology.

‘There’s so many things out there right now that are available to us. Why not try it? I’ve always been into skincare,’ she said.

In addition to the laser treatments, the actress also likes to dry brush every day to detoxify the skin, and drink a collagen drink to increase hydration and the elasticity in her skin.

Last year, Hilton and her daughter Nikki, 40, paired with British skincare brand No.7 – and shared how they utilize the products to feel their absolute best.

Hilton shared how the brand has helped keep her skin fresh – and one of her beauty tips involved a bit of rose water.
