Red Lobster Adds 3 Seafood Boils, Holiday Drinks, And Under $20 Plates
- Red Lobster is celebrating the holiday season with three new Seafood Boil flavors joining its existing Mariner’s and Sailor’s Boils.
- The chain is expanding its lineup of meals under $20 with Shrimp & Sausage Jambalaya and Shrimp Scampi Linguini, as well as three festive limited-time cocktails.
- Following its 2024 financial turnaround, Red Lobster’s new CEO, Damola Adamolekun, continues to emphasize value and sustainability with promotions designed to attract fans back.
Red Lobster is ready for the holiday season and kicking things off by gifting fans a new menu lineup, including a ton of goodies under $20.
On Monday, Red Lobster introduced its three new Seafood Boil flavors: Lemon Pepper Butter, which the brand describes as a “bright, zesty kick,” Old Bay and Butter, which it calls a “savory twist on a classic,” and the RL Signature Butter, which Red Lobster says is “a bold blend of all the flavors” in one.
These join its two other Seafood Boils, including the Mariner’s Boil, which features a Maine lobster tail, a dozen shrimp, snow crab, corn, and red potatoes, and the Sailor’s Boil, a Louisiana-inspired mix of shrimp, smoked sausage, corn, and red potatoes.
As Food & Wine previously described, seafood boils — traditionally served in a large shake-and-serve bag (yes, you can find them at Red Lobster too) — are a Southern favorite full of flavor. They are also typically meant to be shared, making these new flavors the perfect reason to gather your friends and family this holiday season and get your hands dirty together.

But this isn’t all that’s new this season. The restaurant chain is also adding two new dishes to its menu for under $20: Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya and Shrimp Scampi Linguini. Additionally, it is launching three limited-time holiday cocktails to pair with these new items, including the Under the Mistletoe, made with Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, cranberry juice, and blackberry, and the Sugar Cookie Martini, with Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, RumChata, and Amaretto. It is also bringing back the fan-favorite Snow Globe Sangria, made with St. Germain Elderflower, Barefoot Moscato, white cranberry juice, sparkling gold shimmer, and Starry.
This is just the latest in a line of updates from Red Lobster this year, which emerged from bankruptcy in 2024 after its Endless Shrimp deal nearly cost it everything. However, in 2025, it named Damola Adamolekun as its new CEO in September, who turned the company around and even brought back the shrimp. This time, it was a “spendless” deal featuring three shrimp dishes for $16. As Adamolekun noted at the time, he didn’t want to disappoint the chain’s biggest fans.
“Since stepping into this role, I’ve gotten questions about Endless Shrimp — ‘Is it coming back?’ ‘What really happened with the promotion?’ ‘How much shrimp is too much shrimp?’ And it’s time we officially turn the tide,” Adamolekun said. “We’re starting a new chapter here at Red Lobster, one that’s smarter, sustainable, and still packed with the unbeatable value and delicious flavors our guests have come to expect.”
And with this latest deal, it seems he’s making good on these promises.
